Sarah Daniel, PA-C
Originally from Michigan, Sarah graduated from Western Michigan University with a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences. She earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio graduating with a Masters Degree from the Physician Assistant Program. Sarah began her career in oncology in 2001 at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. Prior to relocating to Oregon in 2012 she also severed as the Stem Cell Transplant Coordinator at Boston Medical Center and practiced at the University of Arizona Cancer Center. Sarah joined the team at Hematology Oncology of Salem in 2014. Sarah has a special interest in cancer survivorship and breast cancer in young women and currently helps lead The Young Survivors PDX. Sarah has been active in the Association of Physician Assistants in Oncology and has co-authored articles for the Journal of Advanced Practitioners in Oncology. Sarah enjoys spending time with her two young children, traveling, hiking, playing tennis and gardening.
